ABOUT SESSIONS
Sessions are practical breakout sessions covering all areas of life and effectiveness in the marketplace . Each attendee will have the opportunity to attend Sessions at the GY Camp. Sessions cover topics including; leadership, marriage and ministry, mental health, discipleship, growth track, children’s and student ministry, finance, production, multi-site, outreach and more.

People from all walks of life and marketplace can attend the Global Youth Camp! We see youth from all walks of life attend the GYC conferences. The churches represented are from different denominations, networks, and backgrounds.
You will receive your conference wristbands onsite at your registered location. Please come prepared with your QR code ticket, as this will serve as proof of your registration. This QR code will be emailed out to all attendees closer to the event.
You can pull up your order by clicking the “Manage Attendees” link in your original confirmation email. You can also go to brushfire.com/my and log in or enter the email you used when registering. You will receive an email from Brushfire with a link to access your events. Select the upcoming event you registered for. You will then be able to see all of the tickets you have registered and make adjustments to the tickets as needed. If you are unable to access either of these, please email or call (NA).
We want to provide the best experience possible for GYC 2024 attendees and be great stewards of the budget. We are not able to refund registration fees, but please know that your investment supports the training and equipping of our youth.
We love your kids, but unfortunately, we are not able to provide childcare at GYC 2024. A nursing mother’s room will be available.
Your GYC 2024 registration will include coffee, snacks, and lunch on Wednesday. There is also a specialty coffee bar with items available for purchase. Attendees will need to provide their own breakfast and dinner each day. *If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, we encourage you to bring supplemental snacks.
We believe the GYC 2024 is best experienced in person. At GYC 2024, we truly value the relationships you can make at the GYC 2024 that will last far beyond the week. Currently, there is no plan to broadcast the sessions online.
